Heat Treatment Process Control – We have SCADA controlled Heat Treatment furnaces to control process parameters and ensure that the process does not deviate during production.
Raw Material Quality
To ensure the use of right grade and properties of raw material, each lot of raw material pass through various in-house quality tests at incoming stage.
Metallurgical Testing
We have latest testing equipment in our quality testing laboratory for ensuring right microstructure required by our customer after the heat treatment process.
Automated Vision Inspection
To detect micro level defects we have introduced latest optical sorting machines to segregate OK and NG parts.
Quality Management Systems
We use core tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, and SPC) of quality management systems in our manufacturing process. With the use of these core tools we have strengthened our manufacturing process controls so as to produce defect free part at every production stage.
Quality Standards
We have taken a conscious call of not displaying all product standards but only denotion of standards in which we work will be German, Japanese,American,Indian,British,etc.
At AFPL, we are always committed to adhering to all the quality standards. We always go beyond industry standards through our certified quality standard regimen.
We establish, ensure, and define a set of procedures to meet the quality requirements such as DIN-German Standards, JIS-Japanese Standards, IS-Indian Standards, ANSI- American Standards, BS- British Standards, etc.
