Tool Storage
Our die storage system is designed for safe, organized, and efficient handling of tooling. Dies are stored in dedicated racks with clear identification and proper segregation to ensure quick access and reduced retrieval time. Each die is cleaned, inspected, and protected to prevent damage and corrosion, ensuring tool integrity and longevity. With systematic storage practices and strict handling protocols, we maintain high tool readiness to support uninterrupted production and consistent quality.
Tool Room
We have a well-equipped, ultra-modern tool room that houses the latest tools, technologies, and allied equipment. Key machines include CNC Wire Cut, EDM, Horizontal/Vertical Milling Machines, Drilling and Boring Machines, Surface Grinders, Lathe Machines, Cylindrical Grinders, and Auto Feed Milling Machines, among others. The tool room is dedicated to producing effective and efficient tooling for components, supporting all production requirements while also meeting the immediate needs of the shop floor. Comprehensive testing is conducted for all critical tooling applications before they are released to the production department, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.

Press Shop
We have installed a multi-station pressing setup comprising highly accurate power presses ranging from 5 tonnes to 400 tonnes. In the press shop, we are capable of working upon different tool sizes and components.
The press shop allows us to process a wide range of materials for the most challenging applications. Some of the highly specialized metal-forming operations performed in the pressing shop include blanking, forming, bending, piercing, embossing, deep drawing from sheet metal.

Heat Treatment
We have installed a state-of-the-art heat treatment facility comprising high-capacity continuous and programmable atmosphere-controlled furnaces.
Herein, we carry out hardening and tempering, aiming at achieving all the required mechanical properties in the products. Our heat treatment facility supports the production of parts in diverse grades.
We heat-treat all components at around 900 Degree Celsius and then quench our components to different temperatures under particular quenching media as per customer requirements in order to obtain the desired hardness.

We have installed an advanced, fully automatic electro-plating facility to meet the surface treatment requirements associated with a large number of finishes. We can handle diverse plating thicknesses, products of different sizes, and even very special shapes. Herein, we make sure that each product coming from the production area gets the finest quality surface treatment.

Final Inspection
Final inspection of each part is carried out on dedicated inspection tables under controlled lighting conditions to ensure accurate evaluation. Quality inspectors examine every component, supported by calibrated measuring instruments and optical sorting machines for precise defect detection. Each part is thoroughly checked and sorted before release to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
Packaging

All plants are having dedicated storage area to package and store finished goods before the final dispatch process. Inventory Management System with data storage for identification of every customer lot keeps the final dispatch process smooth and convenient for our customers.


Final Dispatch
“Final dispatch" refers to the last stage of preparing and sending a shipment before it's physically delivered. This typically involves packaging, labelling, assigning a carrier, and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for the goods to be sent. Need of Documents Preparation for Customers are Pre-Dispatch Inspection Report, Packaging, Advanced Shipment Notice, Consignment Card, Tax Invoice Including E-Waybill.

Delivery management is the application of processes that ensure the effective and efficient transfer of goods from one location to the next. “Delivery At Right Time Once and Always” is our quality policy statement.
